I can’t remember which fitness tumblr posted this, but I tried it. And it’s good! Some notes:
I may have added a little more than a cup of spinach, so I could taste it a little stronger than I anticipated
I definitely threw in the entire avocado (it’s hard to keep those for long after opening, since I don’t go through it fast enough)
I only used half the tofu package...

Not really a bad night of eating last night: a little cream puff here, a chocolate there.
This morning: oatmeal and honey. yum.
Planned on going to gym. Got to gym and then bawled face off. Not going to look like I’m crying on a treadmill. Or crying about going to the gym.
Didn’t eat for a while… binged on rice noodles and soy sauce. Bad.
Tonight: the Russian cooks for us....

My God..
Gotta keep moving
Breakfast: apple and peanut butter. Lots of agua.
Lunch: Mongolian BBQ. Maybe a small handful of noodles but everything else was seasoned veggies and protein (chicken and beef).
Afternoon: coffee, chocolate almonds, water
Pre work-out: small homemade pizza: a pita with pasta sauce and cheese thrown on. 2 chocolates.
BOOT CAMP!
Post workout: same thing minus the chocolate.

Gotta keep myself honest--
Yesterday’s boot camp class was incredible. I love getting my ass kicked. Not sarcasm.
Today: I hurt so good but I do believe in getting rest in between workouts. This is how the “day of rest” went:
Middle of the night: woke up way too early and lost a lot of sleep.
Breakfast: Lean Pocket. SLEEPY.
Work morning: LOTS OF INSTANT COFFEE
Lunch: Rice and leftover curry. Yeah...
